blogging, neologisms, absurd etymologies

The term "blogging" comes from the word "blog" which, according to some theories is a contraction of the letter "b" and the word "log"... thus a "blogger" is one who "logs" (i.e. chops down) b-logs. (Similar to what a clogger does to c-logs, much love to my brother-in-law Chris) I would like to think that there are a-loggers out there and that I am one of them, but there is a better chance of me being a slogger... look out s-logs!
